Gelatin Labs – GelForm: Launch Video, 2025

As both founder of Gelatin Labs and co-director of the GelForm launch video, I led the logistical push and strategic vision behind introducing GelForm—our reimagined scanning system designed to elevate the film development experience at Gelatin. This campaign was about more than just announcing a new feature; it was a culmination of years spent refining our process, building trust with photographers, and dialing in a consistent aesthetic that honors the integrity of film.

The video serves as a visual and narrative articulation of what GelForm stands for: clarity, character, and creative control. The goal was to communicate our values through a clean, tactile visual language—blending product education with a cinematic tone that speaks to both new and seasoned film shooters. A collaboration across our lab team resulted in a piece that not only educates but also reflects the heart of Gelatin Labs: craft, care, and a deep love for analog photography.
